It is April! Time for beach outings, bbq’s, Tank Tops and Shorts season! I thought “What better way to amp up our self esteem than with a total body challenge”. I’ve made this printable calendar for you to follow along with the members of FFH.
Day 1 starts April 1st (but don’t worry if you join a little late you can always start where you are most comfortable).
Each day for the next 30 days we will be adding an additional 10 seconds to holding our planks, the result… a 5 MINUTE PLANK (yes, jaw drop…)
If you don’t think this is possible or you may even have some inner self doubt dialogue buzzing around in your mind then I encourage you to start with Day 1, you may just surprise yourself with this simple challenge.
Try not to look at the big picture too much but look at it as only adding an additional 10 seconds each day! Take it one challenge at a time, that is how we build the bigger goals. I would love to hear how you may even out do what you thought was even possible for yourself!
