I have been immersed in the health and self-care industry for over 18 years. I started a fitness training program at the age of 15 because I felt self-conscience in my appearance, I didn’t like the way I looked in photos, I was overweight by about 25 lbs… maybe a little more. I lacked the confidence to participate in sports, and I hated shopping for clothes and being in a bathing suit… YUCK… I beat myself up, and I also stayed in toxic friendships and relationships because of my lack of confidence.

At first, I played it safe and only used the cardio equipment with a fear of looking ridiculous to do anything outside of my comfort zone. Over the years, I yo-yoed in my weight range trying to do the same workout routine over and over again and beating my head against the wall trying to get “skinny”.
Over the years of educating myself on the metabolic system of the body, I continually study the fundamentals of proper nutrition and getting out of my comfort zone and exploring weight training; I accomplished the ultimate goal of having a LASTING healthy lifestyle.
I took the time to get crystal clear on the outcomes I wanted to achieve and a strong understanding of why I wanted it. I designed a high-quality nutrition plan, applied all my knowledge to design a fun strength training and cardio program and I held myself accountable to my exercise program and meal plan that delivered my proven results.
I have been a personal trainer since April 2011 and it is my true passion to help others that have been down these same struggles. I truly want to see all members succeed by inspiring them to improve from the inside out, have an overwhelming satisfaction because they are confident, happier, and feel strong to accomplish anything they desire.
